Melkart (“we”, “us”) provides educational content, market insights, trading tools/indicators, and automation utilities for traders at different levels (from community learning to guided and hands-off solutions). Our mission is to make trading accessible through education, strategies, and automation.

All content and tools are for education and information. We do not provide investment, legal, tax, or brokerage services. Any trading or investment decision is solely yours and at your own risk. Consider consulting a licensed professional before acting.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, able to form a binding contract, and use the Services in compliance with applicable laws in your country.

4) Accounts & fair use

• You can cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid further charges.
  
  
• Once digital access is delivered/used, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a verified service fault prevents reasonable use.
  
  

6) Payments

• Supported methods are shown at checkout. Prices may be listed in USD or another currency and may exclude taxes/fees where applicable.
  
  
• You authorize recurring charges for auto-renewing plans until you cancel.
  
  

7) Digital content licence & IP

• You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use.
  
  
• You may not copy, share, publish, or create derivative works from our content, indicators, code, or materials, except as permitted by law or expressly allowed by us.
  
  
• All intellectual property in our brand, content, tools, and materials remains with Melkart and/or its licensors.
  
  

8) Quality, availability & support

• If a verified service fault prevents access for a material period, we’ll provide a reasonable remedy (e.g., access extension or pro-rata adjustment).

9) Third-party links, partners & affiliates

We may reference brokers, platforms, or tools. These are independent third parties; we don’t hold client funds, execute trades, or guarantee third-party services. Do your own due diligence; you are responsible for any third-party terms, fees, and risks.

Trading cryptocurrencies and other financial instruments involves significant risk, including loss of capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melkart is not liable for: (a) trading/investment losses; (b) reliance on community content; (c) third-party outages, fees, data, routing, or custodial issues; or (d) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for paid users is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it. Please review it on the Website.

13) Changes to the Services or these Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. We’ll post changes on the Website. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.

14) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Courts in Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
